We're excited for this super casual, family friendly supper with Chef Evan Timmons of the much anticipated, White Labs Restaurant. Evan is going back to his roots and doing one of his favorite things-- cooking a whole hog. Formerly of Buxton Hall BBQ and Gan Shan Station, he has a lot of different experience and plans to bring a modern twist to this Southern classic.
$15 gets you meat + two sides. We'll have tables set up so you can stay and hang out or grab your plate to go! There will be vegetarian and gluten-free free options available. We'll also have live music, games, and more!
