The West Asheville Tailgate Market is hosting its first market supper of 2017 with Salt and Smoke! You can expect several courses of classic French Country cuisine using ingredients sourced from vendors at the market.
The market supper is a unique way to support the local food movement, meet the farmers that grow your food, and commune with neighbors over a fresh, local, thoughtfully prepared meal.
Who: the chefs of Salt and Smoke,
What: An exciting (yet classic) French Country meal. Think simple dishes with lots of flavor...and butter. As many ingredients as possible will be sourced directly from WATM vendors.
Where: The WATM site, 718 Haywood Rd.
When: Tuesday, August 29th at 7:30pm
How much: tickets are $50/person. All proceeds will go toward the growth of the market.
Tickets can be purchased HERE or at the market's Information Booth on Tuesdays from 3:30-6:30pm.
