This unforgettable market supper will be a family style, 6-course, Caribbean Soul Food supper, using ingredients sourced from the vendors at the market. The meal will be served at Gypsy Queen's new brick and mortar location (807 Patton Ave.) at 6pm with sweet tunes and community connection!   Market suppers are a special way to support the local food movement, and commune with neighbors over a fresh, local, artisan-prepared meal.

~ Hand Pies: meat and vegetarian options
~ Callaloo soup with coconut, thyme, lime, lemon grass and cilantro
~ Sweet potato confit with crumbled sausage
~ Oxtails with cauliflower rice, pigeon peas, roasted squash and johnny cakes
~ Roasted jerked beets with goat cheese
~ Key lime pie and raw milk
