Sugar & Snow Gelato brings smiles to SO many people at the market.  There's no better treat than fresh, delicious, traditionally made gelato on a sunny day while you're stocking on on great food for the week.

We wanted you to get to know Amy Pickett, the sweet woman behind Sugar & Snow Gelato a little better, so read on below...

How did you get you into making gelato?
I got into making gelato because I love dessert and travel. I enjoy making traditional Italian gelato flavors and also playing with ingredients and recipes from other cultures. 

What if the best thing about what you do?
The best thing about being a producer is being a happy part of someone's day. People are always in a good mood when they are getting dessert!

What’s the craziest thing that’s ever happened to you at market?
30 degree weather at afall market! I had to take breaks and sit in my car to warm up! Not the best weather for selling gelato.
