  • 1/2 cup Appalachai concentrate from Appalachai

  • 1/2 cup milk from Homemade in Marshall

  • 2 cups ice cream from Sugar & Snow Gelato (or more for a thicker shake)

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Put all ingredients in a blender.  Garnish with a sprinke of  cinnamon.

  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
